Rolled Icing

 

In this class you will learn to decorate a cake with fondant and rolled butter cream icing. You will be able to experience the feel, taste, and difference of how each option handles. It is a great way discover which frosting style you like best.

For this class, students will be expected to bring two small cakes (pre-baked) and all other supplies will be provided.

Classes are scheduled to last approximately 2 hours; resulting in students taking home two completed projects for their enjoyment.
